The Application processing to Universities in USA can appear to be very daunting and confusing. Our experienced Counselors will discuss the entire process in detail and clear all  doubts and apprehensions of the applicants.

There are about 400 Graduate Schools in USA to which students generally apply. Therefore, it is very difficult to select the Universities for applying, without any guidance. Since we have been applying for students for the last 14 years we have accomplished the expertise to select Universities for the students. Apart from academic percentage, TOEFL / IELTS and GRE/GMAT, we consider many other factors while finalizing the Universities.

There are certain documents which are commonly required by all American graduate Schools. After the on-line Application is submitted the applicant also has to mail all these Application Supporting Material to the respective University. The Application is not complete without these documents and will not be reviewed until it is complete. Some Universities/Departments have specific requirements which have to be fulfilled to obtain admission.

We will provide individualized application checklist for each University that a student applies. Sample

1. Filling the On-line Graduate School Application, Departmental and Financial Aid forms. Most graduate Schools have On-line Applications which can be filled in one session or in multiple sessions. Application fee can be paid either on-line with a credit card or a Check/DD be sent along with the Application Supporting Material.

2. Sending the Application Supporting Material to the respective Schools. Some Universities insist that certain supporting documents be submitted on-line only. However, most Schools require hard copies and have to be posted to the correct address.

3. Assisting the Applicant with the Official Score Reporting to the Universities. Almost all Schools require the Official Score Reports of TOEFL / IELTS and GRE/GMAT. Most of the time this process also can be done on-line and is made easy by our Counselors. 

4. Tracking for Application Status. It is very important to confirm that the application is complete and has reached the Department to which he/she applied for review. 

5. Once the Graduate Admissions Office and the Graduate Program has received all required application materials, the Graduate Studies Committee of the Program will review the application and make an admissions decision.

6. Send Affidavit of Support Form and other Financial forms required for issuing I-20. If admitted students will receive a communication informing them of their admission and requesting proof of financial support, required for a Student Visa.

7. Send Acceptance form by fax/e-mail/post. If the application is approved for admission, sometimes, the applicant will have to send /fax/e-mail an acceptance letter to the University so that an I-20 can be issued. 

Once the student receives the I-20, he/she has to pay the Visa Application fee at specified HDFC Bank and take a receipt for $141. Our Counselors will assist in Filling the DS 160 forms on-line and take an Appointment for the Visa Interview.
